- What rental options are available? We offer several flexible rental options to suit your needs. You can opt for a short-term rental to recover from surgery or an injury, or choose a long-term rental for ongoing support.
- How does delivery and installation take place? One of our technicians will take care of delivery and installation directly at your home for a fee starting from 15€. The same will be charged for the disassembly and collection service. We guarantee a fast and professional service to ensure a smooth transition.
- Can I request technical assistance during the rental period? Yes, our technical support team is available to solve any problems or questions you may have during the rental period. It is also possible to change the model of the chosen aids. Just contact us at +39 3926509237 and we will be happy to provide immediate support.
- What are the requirements for withdrawal? At the end of the rental period, at your request, you can choose to extend the rental period if you need to or request collection of the equipment directly from your home. It is important to ensure that the equipment is ready for collection, i.e. free of any obstacles, clean in all parts and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
How does rental work? The rental process is simple and convenient. After you have made your online booking, you will be provided with a customised quote based on your requirements. All our costs are inclusive of VAT and without additional charges. Once the rental is confirmed, we will organise delivery and installation of the wheelchair directly to your home.
