Deliveries normally occur with 24 working hours starting from the hiring confirmation. Collection is within 24 hours from the end the hiring period and it is free of charge. It is not possible to hire or deliver aids on the same day of the request.
There are many variables to take into consideration when choosing your  wheelchair correctly. Normally room for manoeuvring, the patient's autonomy, the transportability and the patient's size are all elements that need to be verified. The operators on the phone and upon delivery will give you all the necessary advice.

Within the Municipality of Rome the hire of one of our devices does not  include delivery costs. The Home Delivery is compulsory for all the mobility aids that need to be assembled and tested by the patient. The delivery is performed by specialized personnel who will explain how the equipment works. For those mobility aids which do not need assembling, delivery within the G.R.A. costs €12,00 and it includes collection. For all aids which need assembling, delivery within the G.R.A. costs € 20,00 up to €30,00  maximum and includes collection. For all other inquiries please contact 3711398954.
Booking your rental is easy. You only need to fill in the Hiring Request Form available on the Home Page or directly on the page dedicated to the mobility aid that you choose.
